PAUSE sits on the second floor of SBR Surya Pearl, right by IKEA — which makes it the default after-work room for the Raidurg tech crowd. Early evening is all long shared tables, butter naan and Thai curries; later the lights drop, the DJ takes over and the floor turns.

The kitchen keeps pace with eight chapters — forty starters deep, from Andhra chilli chicken and cheese-stuffed tangdi to Texas grilled prawns and handi dum biryani.
